Localise Software updated milestones

The original work plan was part of the call for application and can be found here

We had a slow start, and because of our deadlines we had to omit one of the applications and we chose Pidgin.

Here is new plan after omitting Pidgin and making up for
the time we lost.

October 2010:

• 3rd week: Pootle testing and review
• 4th week: Abiword translation

November 2010:

• 1st week: Finish Abiword translation
• 2nd week: Abiword testing and review, contact developers
• 3rd week: Virtaal translation
• 4th week: Virtaal testing and review

December 2010:

• 1st week: VLC translation
• 2nd week: Finish VLC translation
• 3rd week: VLC testing and review, contact developers

January 2011:

• Wrap up
• Promotion and distribution of the localised pplications to your community.
