Arabic localiser and font developer, member of Arabeyes.org and is currently the maintainer of Arabic Gnome translation and Arabeyes Arabic fonts project (Khotot). Interested mainly in Arabic support in FOSS ecosystem. Participated in the Arabisation of Mozilla Firefox, Thunderbird and Fennec, Gnome, KDE, OpenOffice and OLPC. Has special interest in typography and font development, especially Arabic and right to left typesetting.
